    • users, such as cancers, infectious diseases, and highly heritable diseases (to develop in silico approaches)

    • Taiwan Pathogenic Microorganism Gene Database (TPMGD): integrates sequence information with epidemiology information
    • Taiwan Liver Cancer Network (TLCN): integrates consent, questionnaire with sample management

    • Epidemiology Network (EpiNet): help users to manage and share information by using the TPMGD engine
    • Microarray Data Analysis Network (MDAN): help users to store, share, and analyze microarray information
    • Clinical Informatics and Management System (CIMS): helpusers to manage information for genomic medicine studies by using a system developed by the of Neurological Disorders and Strokes (NINDS)
